Looking For High School Varsity Athlete Patients

A Reminder to all our High School Varsity Athlete Patients:

Be sure to let Dr Portnoy know if you would like to participate in one of the 
  many mouthguard evaluation programs we run throughout the year.

We need volunteers for: Ice Hockey, Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, 
  Softball, Lacrosse, Football, Field Hockey as well as Track & Field, 
  Cross Country, Tennis, and Golf.  

You must be at least 16 1/2 yrs old to participate with your parents OK
  due to the experimental nature of our evaluations.
